Everything we create is made by hand (and I mean by hand!) to the highest quality in fun statement designs so that you can create your ULTIMATE dream Kawaii aesthetic!
Below is some important information about how we use your data in our shop in order to comply with The General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).
How we collect Your Personal Information?
When making a purchase through Lucky Rainbow Boutique, the information that we collect in order for payment to be successful are the following:

* Your address to which you would like your item to be sent to.
* Payment details (dependant on which payment method you choose, these may contain part of your credit/debit card number).
* Bank name and details (this may be included in the payment method in which you choose).
All the above information is collected via the payment method in which you choose i.e. Paypal, Etsy payments OR direct bank transfer.
How do we use your Personal Information?
We strictly use the information to which you give us in order to make a successful purchase ONLY. Your personal information is never shared with third parties.
What happens to my Personal Information Once Payment has been made and I have Received my Order?
All personal information given to make your purchase is deleted once payment has been made and you are happy with your item.
What are my Consumer Rights?
* You have the right to Cancel your order at the time given of 3 days.
* You have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase on items in stock should there be a genuine fault ONLY. (please see our replacement and refunds policy).
* You have the right to an exchange on items in stock ONLY within 30 days of purchase (please see our replacement and refunds policy).
* You have the right to a full refund OR replacement within 30 days of purchase on custom orders in the instance that there is a GENUINE FAULT ONLY. (please see our replacement and refunds policy).
* You have the right to a re-draw on Animal companion Illustrations OR partial refund ONLY If the brief has not been met 100% and you are very unhappy with the end result of your order. We do send photos of every step of the Illustration process to you to ensure customer satisfaction.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
All my dolls, bags and purses are stitched entirely by hand, meaning it takes that little bit longer to make your item however you will receive something that really is 100% hand made at the best quality.
Please also bear in mind that my dolls are NOT toys, but are collectables designed for visual aesthetics. They are NOT intended for children under the age of 14 years.
Purchasing a doll for a child under the stated age restriction is at your own consent as the parent/guardian/carer.

All payments must be sent in full before we ship them out to you. Custom made items must be paid in full before any work is commenced.
What Happens If I do not Pay for my Order straight Away?
Your order will be put on hold until full payment is made on both stocked times and custom orders.

All of our items are priced from British Pounds (Sterling) into Dollars (USD)
Shipping
In peak times on printed and hand made to order goods; please bear in mind that there may be significant delays to the arrival of your order. Should your item not arrive with you within up to 6 weeks; please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can investigate the whereabouts of your order.
On ready to ship items and once payments have been cleared, your order will be posted in 3-5 working days 2nd class to the UK OR Via Standard Air Mail to the rest of the world. We will always keep a proof of postage.
